Metaverse experience builders Metaprints, a Forj-owned brand, have teamed up with leading Web3 metaverse platform The Sandbox to launch a unique and immersive gaming adventure for their Alpha Season 3! Monkeying Around will feature Bored Ape characters held by the Forj on a special swamp-themed adventure game, launching September 30th.

Metaprints and The Sandbox, both subsidiaries of Animoca Brands, will be launching Monkeying Around within the hotly anticipated Alpha Season 3, which will see over 90 different Metaverse experiences and 22 new brands made available to The Sandbox users. The Bored Ape-themed game will allow users to play as key characters from the famous PFP franchise and earn a share of $30,000 worth of prizes for completing challenges and achieving high scores.
The ‘Monkeying Around’ experience will be live for three weeks and available for anyone to play, with additional rewards available for owners of a Bored Ape or Genesis Metaprint NFT. An additional surprise benefit is that Bored Ape owners will be able to play as their own unique character within the game thanks to a development update introduced in Apha Season 3.
